Awful! This app just keeps getting worse. I want to update my photo, it won't let me. I'm told it needs permission for my camera, which it anyway has. Then I try to upgrade my membership to add guest privileges, but it won't let me. This is junk, nothing works on the app. Wish you'd just bring back the bar code cards. It's the only thing we use this app for anyways.

The gym itself is excellent - the app, not so much. I've never used an app that crashes so much and has to be periodically deleted and reinstalled. In spite of being buggy and unreliable, I get a daily pop-up asking me to rate the app. I tolerate it because I have to, because I really like the gym.

It crashes every time I try to add a guest. I'm gonna cancel my entire membership because of this issue. Why would I have a membership that allows me to have guests, if I can't add guests through the app? you seriously pick the wrong time to ask me to rate your app because it's been crashing all morning.
